Postage & Packing
Our Standard Delivery charge to UK and Irish addresses is £3.95 per order. Please note that offshore destinations may incur an additional surcharge - we will let you know first!
haptic aims to provide a fast delivery service. Most items will be despatched within 24 hours of ordering and should reach you within 3-5 working days (7-10 days Ireland). Please note that this time excludes weekends.
Returns and Refunds
We expect you to be delighted with your purchase. If for some reason you are not you are welcome to return goods in a re-saleable condition within 28 days of receipt for an exchange or a full refund. Refunds are processed within 7 working days of the return of goods.
In the unlikely event of your goods arriving in a damaged or faulty condition we will replace your goods or issue a refund if you prefer - please let us know by email straight away.
haptic's extra guarantees are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
Cancelling your Order
The UK's Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations allow you to cancel your contract within seven working days from receipt of goods.
To cancel your contract please write to Customer Service at the above address or send an email to taggies@haptic.co.uk with the order number and your instruction to cancel or call our Customer Service line on: 01749 672437.
If your order has already been despatched, you must repackage the relevant items and return them to haptic Ltd. If we do not receive the item back from you we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. We will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days after we receive your notification.
